  • Initial 6 weeks in our Nedlands office, followed by 10:4 roster on site

 

Our Civil and Mining team are currently seeking applications for a highly motivated and experienced Site Administrator on a fixed-term basis. You will initially be required to work in our Nedlands office for approximately 6 weeks, and will then be required to work onsite at our Miling Bypass project on a 10:4 roster.

 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to site management and the project team.

What it takes

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative position in a remote environment
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite and financial management packages (e.g. CHEOPS)
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers licence
