Our client, a world leader in supply chain visibility, now has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Office Manager. Based in South Melbourne and reporting to the Vice President International Sales & Operations, your duties will include:
• Overseeing Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Managing contract and price negotiations
• Managing payroll for NZ staff
• Being the EH&S representative
• Liaising with HR and payroll to assist with processing new hires
• Managing internal & external annual financial audits
• Check and sign all accounts payable invoices and expense claims
• Liaising with building Body Corporate with respect to building requirements
• Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Do you have:
• Experience in an Office Management role and managing vendor and supplier contracts
• A minimum of two years’ experience in an Operations role with exposure to purchasing, inventory management and logistics
• Exposure to accounts and finance functions Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable
• Experience in HR and payroll functions
• Excellent communication/ computer skills
• An attention to detail and ability to multi task essential
• An ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
