This is your opportunity to join a friendly, committed team, with a market leading brand. Due to ongoing business success, the independently owned North Parramatta franchise is seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to join their team.
About the role:
You will be joining a successful team and assist with their day-to-day operations. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Assist customer with their uniform selection
- Develop quotes, sales orders and invoices
- Work with third party decorators such as embroidery and screen printers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- General administration.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- Experience in using Excel and other Microsoft based programs.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- A high attention to detail
- A can-do positive attitude
- A commitment to maintain an exceptionally high level of customer service
- Minimum one year administration experience
- No previous experience in the workwear industry is required, although this would be preferred
