The Role

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Officer plays an important part in the Sales operations team. The purpose of the role is to provide sales support and guidance within Group Sales and Marketing to ensure maximised sales impact and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide governance and advice to ensure the sales systems and procedures are adhered too.
  • As and when required provide support in the coordination of bid response related material, including sales proposals and Powerpoint presentations.
  • Provide CRM support as and when required to maintain data integrity and are maintained.
  • Support Sales Enablement with coordination n delivery of training programs.
  • Handle office and administration support for Groups Sales and Marketing (i.e travel, minutes, agendas, calendar coordination).
  • Assist with maintaining GSM tools including Sharepoint sites, portals.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documents are constructed in accordance with prescribed detail using the correct Toll branding, current information and are consistent with Toll messaging.
