The Job:
Your general duties will include, order processing, billing, answering customer service enquiries, allocating tasks to technicians and warehouse staff, liaising with clients and internal staff and updating information, amongst others. This is a Permanent Full time position. 

About You:
A minimum of Two years of experience in a customer service admin or over the counter customer service positions, a clear command of local English communication skills on the phone along with verifiable experience in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, a high degree of accuracy and speed in processing information, a genuine desire and ability to help others and achieve results, articulate and passionate about what you do, well-spoken and groomed, with a high degree of integrity and honesty.
