About the business and the role

Big Screen Video are in the business of activating spaces with LED screens – this includes video screens, billboards, signage, scoreboards and unique applications. With a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand as the leading supplier of LED screens, Big Screen Video is constantly growing and evolving.
With a focus in Stadium, Outdoor Media, Hospitality, Education, Transit and Event industries we are looking for a passionate, dynamic candidate to join our exciting team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Completing product proposals (within a template)
Using Photoshop to create mock ups of screen sizes
Preparing sales documentation
Assisting the sales team
Collating sales data
Collating tender documentation
Assisting with planning for sales conferences
Skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret information and communicate it effectively
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Work well under pressure
Excellent organisational skills
An eye for great page layout and presenting information effectively
Experience in Microsoft Office
Experience with Adobe Photoshop
Experience with Adobe Indesign
Experience using AutoCAD (not essential)
