Your new role
I can assure you this organisation boasts one of the most enjoyable working environments on the Gold Coast. You will also have full support from the friendly team around you. Primary responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Manage administration procedures for each Contract of Sale
  • Accurately processing sales files
  • Ensure Contract of Sale has been exchanged/executed correctly
  • Sales Trust Receipting
  • Maintaining the data base and monitoring key dates
  • Relationship management
  • Update weekly reports
  • Assisting with marketing material
  • Uploading listings
  • Liaising with purchasers' solicitors for contracts exchange & settlement



What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within the QLD Residential Property industry as a Sales Administrator will lead to your success, as will:

  • Extensive experience processing a high volume of contracts (REIQ)
  • Provide expertise on contractual matters to clients
  • First class customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Corporate presentation
