The Role
ICTouch is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to join its growing Kalgoorlie Head Office. A newly created position in this long established business. The role is pivotal to ensuring the ongoing success, future growth plans and commitment to delivering exceptional ICT solutions to the business community.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day to day operations of the office.
- Obtaining a maximum utilisation of the Team by clearly defined duties, established performance standards and conducting performance reviews.
- Coordinating the Strategic Planning process in conjunction with management to identify and accomplish business goals.
- Maintain critical service, operations and productivity criteria to benchmark best practice.
- Client Liaison.
- Maintain and coordinate service & support enquiries / schedules.
- Billing and accounts.
