Risk Assistant

We are looking for a Risk Assistant to join our Risk team in Sydney.

This role is offered on a 12 month contract, full-time basis.

About the role

Working as part of a small team, this role provides administrative support to the Risk team, including the Manager of Risk (Australia) & Global Risk Coordinator, Global Head of Conflicts and Global Head of Risk.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with administration relating to anti-money laundering regulations;
  • New client/matter database maintenance;
  • Support in coordinating and preparing of materials and reports for the firm’s professional indemnity programme;
  • Administration of the claims database including liaising with relevant users;
  • Content management and publication of intranet pages;
  • General duties including AMEX reconciliation, managing team leave and diaries, managing travel arrangements etc.

 

What experience are we looking for?

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft office applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Diary management (Outlook)
