Your new company

The QLD state office of an expanding specialist national loss adjusting firm. The firm is an independent, Australian owned and operated company. Your new role

A full time, key support position which will see you managing the office administration of a team of three loss adjusters, which includes the following responsibilities;

  • Provide administration support to the team, including:
    • administrative file management
    • updating and maintaining our cloud-based database
    • drafting invoices
    • data entry
  • Intermediate utilisation of MS Office and database systems
  • Reception support for the team
  • Monitor internal processes to ensure correct administrative procedures are being followed
  • Co-ordination of schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Management of the day-to-day running of the office environment, including checking post, collecting deliveries, liaising with building management etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have proven time management, organisational skills and experience in the areas detailed above.
  • You will have excellent communication skills in person, via telephone and email.
  • You will be comfortable working in high pressure, deadline driven environments and possess the ability to be proactive.
  • Experience in the insurance or legal industry would be preferred, but not essential.
