Administration Officer
Part-time (19.5 Hours across 3 days Per Week)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 8.30am – 3.30pm
Western Suburbs (South Kingsville)
$53,800 pro rata plus 9.5% superannuation
Gateway Community Services is a not-for-profit, community based organisation that promotes community wellbeing through the provision of flexible social participation and healthy lifestyle programs, reflecting the needs of our aging and diverse community.
We seek an experienced Administration Officer to undertake the following key duties:
Key duties:
- Reception duties
- Customer service
- Administrative support to the General Manager and staff.
- Document Quality Control – QA Framework
- Data entry & Client file administration
- Filing, copying scanning and emailing.
- Receive over the counter sales – ETFPOS and cash receipts
- Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents.
- Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
- Minute taking team meetings and other meetings as required.
- Responsible for fleet vehicles servicing and maintenance schedule
Skills & Experience
- Experience in working in a busy office environment
- Experience in Quality Management Systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience.
- Database management skills and experience.
- Advanced computer skills
- Current Victorian Drivers License and access to a motor vehicle.
