Reception & Administration Assistant/Customer Experience Representative/Director of First Impressions
Huntermotive is currently seeking a customer service representative to be the face of our multi-franchise car dealership in Ryde.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service focused role, strong phone skills and excellent personal presentation with a “can-do” attitude.
About the role
- You will be required to attend to all incoming phone enquiries and distribute them to the correct person/department
- Greeting all customers in the showroom & arranging refreshments
- Managing a wide range of daily administration tasks
- Various other administration tasks as required by management staff
- Assisting with vehicle registrations
- Preparing resources for sales consultants
Required skills
- The successful applicant will be self-motivated with excellent organisation & time management skills
- Strong phone skills & the ability to problem solve
- The ability to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining an air of calm and professionalism
- Exceptional personal presentation
- A positive and welcoming demeanour at all times
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
This role will be Full Time 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
