Reception & Administration Assistant/Customer Experience Representative/Director of First Impressions

 

Huntermotive is currently seeking a customer service representative to be the face of our multi-franchise car dealership in Ryde.

 

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service focused role, strong phone skills and excellent personal presentation with a “can-do” attitude.

 

About the role

  • You will be required to attend to all incoming phone enquiries and distribute them to the correct person/department
  • Greeting all customers in the showroom & arranging refreshments
  • Managing a wide range of daily administration tasks
  • Various other administration tasks as required by management staff
  • Assisting with vehicle registrations
  • Preparing resources for sales consultants

 

Required skills

  • The successful applicant will be self-motivated with excellent organisation & time management skills
  • Strong phone skills & the ability to problem solve
  • The ability to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining an air of calm and professionalism
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • A positive and welcoming demeanour at all times
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills

 

This role will be Full Time 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
