Smiledoctor is the Northern Beaches premier dental practice. We provide exceptional reconstructive long term dentistry and all forms of cosmetic work, then assist our patients in reducing their care to minimum. We are a small, very focussed team about to add key clinicians with your assistance.
Our current practice manager is departing permanently due to pregnancy. We seek someone to run "the business" so that we can be left to focus on caring for patients.
You will report to the principal dentist & owner who will set vision and direction. His focus is his clinical skills and patient care rather than administration beyond setting .
Your key roles will be
* Client liason , scheduling appointments.
* Team rosters, training, meetings, employment and performance management.
* Business reporting, development and management.
* Guide & co ordinate the entire team through a stage of growth.
We require someone with
* Excellent people skills & initiative
* Extensive PA or office managerial skills
* Residence within 30 mins travel from Mona Vale to manage long hours
