This role is a unique opportunity for a driven, professional to join a growing business as the Corporate Support Assistant.  This role requires a combination of skills and would definitely suit someone who has worked in a varied role as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Corporate Support in a start-up style company.  We need a professional, self-driven individual who can support the CEO, GM and Executive team as well as two other Directors.  You will be joining this business at a pivotal time and will be involved in all areas of the business including managing cash flow, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, marketing and corporate communication documents, sales communications, digital and social media campaigns.  At the same time, we need an individual who can work closely with the C level Executives to assist in supporting their daily activities and schedules and can action tasks without regular direction from the Executives. 

As the Corporate Support Assistant, you will be providing daily support and using your experience, initiative and drive to manage the schedules of the C level executives along with office management and corporate/market communications.  If juggling plates is a party trick of yours then you will be the star of the show!  Seriously though this role has a range of duties but a huge amount of autonomy, support and rewards. We need a 'Can Do' person who loves to feel successful and has a second to none self-drive and sky-high personal expectations.
  
This role is an immediate start and will be commencing as a temporary to permanent role.  
Your role will include;

  • Supporting CEO, GM and Executives across the business
  • Arranging various Travel and Supporting Executives with their daily schedules
  • Preparing complex documents, writing technical presentations 
  • Writing Corporate Communications and External Marketing Material including digital content
  • Managing SEO & Social Media Branding and Corporate Presence
  • Presenting briefs and drafts to C Level
  • Accounts Payable, Receivable, raising invoices and credit control
  • Working closely with the Sales Team
  • Managing all Office related issues including vendor management, technology and events
  • Build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
  • Naturally using initiative, being proactive in taking action & dedicated to successful outcomes.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Academic qualifications in Administration, Marketing and Business are highly regarded  
  • Corporate Communications and Marketing Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Executive/Corporate Support role supporting more than two Executives.
  • Advanced competency in MS Office Applications,
  • Experience working in a Digital Marketing or similar position including experience producing finished artwork for print production;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite CS6 particularly InDesign and Photoshop - PC based, ideally with knowledge/experience working with XML & HTML;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the composure to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • including high accuracy and attention to detail
