The Role

Our Canberra branch is looking for an experienced Office Manager who enjoys a position full of variety and challenge that spans general administration, accounts, Quality Assurance and Work Health and Safety responsibilities.  Reporting to the Directors and working closely with all others within the business both locally and nationally, this role is pivotal in ensuring the office runs efficiently at all times.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Providing executive and administrative support to the Directors, as well as providing support and assistance to other staff
  • Drafting, preparing and reviewing documents
  • Liaison with clients and consultants
  • Overseeing Work Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
  • Organising and facilitating meetings
  • Managing office operations, facilities, records and office supplies
  • Managing the local content of the company intranet
  • Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System
  • Involvement in nationally delivered initiatives
  • Organising domestic travel and accommodation
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Human Resource administration

  • The ability to be hands-on and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management principles and processes
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements
