If you love the feel of a corporate office and would like to work for a publicly listed company where your contribution will genuinely noted, then this is the role for you. Currently they are seeking an outgoing Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their team.

Some of the core responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Answering and distributing all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Travel arrangements
  • Assisting in all administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the set up of functions, seminars and events
  • Supporting the PA to the MD
  • Various ad-hoc duties as requested

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years reception experience and a professional telephone manner. Excellent communication skills, Intermediate computer skills (especially Word & Excel) and the ability to work autonomously.

This role commences as soon as possible!
