Our client is proud to be recognised as an employer of choice within the Financial Services sector. Due to an internal restructure, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant/Paralegal to join a business-critical in-house legal team.

Description

Working as a part of an In-House Legal team, key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Executive Assistant support including proactive diary and email management for 3 senior stakeholders;
• Providing Paralegal support including conucting research, preparing preliminary reports and drafting letters;
• Following up on Action items as required;
• Managing the company register to ensure all Corporate Governance and Compliance requirements are met;
• Maintaining internal registers and documents with a high level of attention-to-detail;
• Developing internal policies and procedures; and
• Assisting with reporting as required.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3-5 years' experience in an EA/Paralegal role, ideally within the Financial Services sector. Most importantly, you will possess a high level of attention-to-detail and will pride yourself on your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you will possess exceptional communication skills and will be eager to expand your skill-set.
