Client
My client is a Commercial Real Estate agency. They are now looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the team to support the Director on a Full Time basis.

This is a unique role within Real Estate in regards to it being Monday – Friday only. The ideal candidate will have come from a similar background and have solid experience in Sales Trust Accounting also.

You will be a natural born organiser and love being the ‘go to’ person whilst being able to juggle a busy schedule for the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Sales trust accounting
• Diary/ inbox management;
• Processing data and reports
• Updating performance statistics
• Preparation of sales training materials
• Liaising with sales staff and clients; database management
• Preparation of listing presentations
• Event management

 Key Skills:

• 2 yrs. experience in similar position
• Highly organised and autonomous worker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic and willing to learn
