Hunt & Hunt Lawyers, a well-established national mid-tier law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and keen office coordinator to be part of the admin team.
This role provides support across the whole firm and sits within the shared services group. The role ensures efficiencies and quality standards are being met across the facilities and mailroom function firm wide.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Admin functions including opening and sending mail, archiving files, relief reception, deliveries and document lodging (e.g. the land titles office, VCAT and the courts)
- Managing stationery facility, orders and requests
- General administration functions, and
- Adhoc requests as directed

The ideal candidate will be professionally presented, a good communicator, have solid PC skills, and a good eye for detail.
