This role is a busy, varied and fast paced role that will suit an equally efficient, dynamic and resilient individual. With experience supporting senior management across all traditional EA duties, this role will also involve event management and extensive client liaison. Essentially, our client is looking for a super-star candidate who will join the business for 6 months and be an asset in the business overall.
Responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary management for busy calendars, ensuring the smooth running of events, meetings and appointments.
- Complex travel management, particularly for the executives, including flights, transfers, accommodation and car hire both international and domestic.
- Expense management for executives, managing credit cards and receipts.
- Access and full inbox management for three executives.
- Assisting with Event Management for one of the executives, sending RSPVs and managing the guest list, venue booking, catering and event logistics.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients, managing phones and enquiries for external and internal stakeholders.
- Regular liaison with other assistants across the business both nationally and internationally.
As the successful candidate, you will be loyal, confidential and dedicated. With a personality that can be influential, whilst being polite and understanding. Previous experience within Investment Banking is essential, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize is of upmost importance.
