- Part Time Position, 5 days, 25 hours per week
- Temp to Perm Opportunity
- Hindmarsh Location
You will need to have excellent communication skills with a phone manner that allows you to deal effectively with enquiries, and have a pro-active and organised nature.
Daily tasks include (but not limited to) the following:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Operate State Office Switchboard/Reception
- Daily mail distribution internal and external
- Replenish Office Stationery
- Responsible for Office Petty Cash reconciliation
- General cleaning duties including windows
- Contribute positively in all staff meetings
- Data entry
- Raise Department requisitions
- General office duties as requested including filing, scanning, faxing, laminating, binding etc
- Assisting other office personnel as directed.
To be successful for this position you will have experience in:
- Microsoft Office Programs including Word/Excel/Outlook as intermediate level.
- Previous Reception or Office Administration Experience
The right candidates will meet selection criteria based on previous experience, pass an OH&S assessment & skills testing. Medical screening may also form part of the recruitment process.
A minimum of two (2) contactable, work related referees must be supplied in order to be considered for this position.
