The Role

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO to help develop out operations across the business with the mission to achieve continual improvement in the service and support of students and teachers. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an “Office All-Rounder”. This role is diverse and you will need to be flexible, a fast learner, willing to ‘wear many hats’ and most importantly have a passion for education. You’ll have to love efficiency and creating systems to simplify and streamline processes and procedures throughout all departments within the business. The role is part time with the potential for expansion to full time for the right applicant.

  • Track and record client relations activities using salesforce and a range of other online tools
  • Arrange sales meetings and professional development session for clients
  • Assisting with travel arrangements
  • Assisting support staff roles (including marketing, sales, customer service, accounts and personal assistance)
  • Keep tasks and project plans up to date using Trello and/or Asana
  • Manage executive calendars using Google Suite
  • Complete Ad-hoc Administrative tasks surrounding company operations

Skills, experience and key attributes

  • Enthusiastic about taking on challenges and constantly looking for opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Have a passion for improving education and is dedicated to supporting clients
  • Show a high level of initiative, responsibility and accountability
  • Have excellent time management and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or qualification would be an advantage
  • An interest in Sales and/or Marketing would be an advantage
