Accounting practice located in Brighton is seeking a highly motivated and confident Receptionist / Administration Assistant.
As the first point of contact, you will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, an outgoing personality and provide outstanding service to our clients. You must also possess attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with your work as you will be working autonomously most of the time.
The role involves, but not limited to;
- Reception Duties
- Preparation of invoices
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Mail management
- Banking
- Filing, photocopying and scanning of documents
- Administration support to Partners and Accountants
To be considered, you should have experience within the industry and with MYOB & preferably CAS/CAS360.
