At Charterhouse Professional Support our focus is to work with experienced and dedicated Information Management professional, who are seeking their next challenge in the workplace.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to assit this positive and dedicated Corporate Records Team in a local council, conveniently located next to Public Transport. This role is of a short term nature.
To be successful in securing this temporary assignment you will be experienced as a records & mail room officer, in particular assisting the managing of incoming mail and hard copy documents across the business. Experience working with TRIM, DataWorks or Objective would be advantageous.
You will have a positive and proactive attitude towards work, possess a high level of accuracy and be a self-starter as the work is fairly autonomous.
