Brighton BMW has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Prestige Dealership on a Part-time basis.
This role will suit a well groomed, customer service professional with a continuous smile and drive to please!
The key focus of this role will be to provide professional front-of-house service to our valued and new customers, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support both face-to-face and over-the-phone.
Key Selection Criteria and Responsibilities:
- 1 -2 years experience in a reception role is desirable
- Superior communication skills
- Neat and tidy appearance
- Self-motivated, and a real team player
- A willingness to learn and develop your personal and professional skills
- As first point of contact you will greet all customers entering establishment with confidence, offer refreshments and direct to the relevant sales person
- Assist administration staff with daily tasks
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintain the café and reception area, ensuring it is kept tidy and café well stocked at all times
