ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide administrative support to the Fees, Scholarships and Financial Assistance group in relation to the coordination of University, Donor and Commonwealth funded scholarships in accordance with University Policy.
This will include:
- Providing administrative and organisational support to ensure accurate and timely selection, offering and payment of scholarships and financial assistance.
- Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of scholarship and financial assistance programs offered through the Division of Student Administration.
- Ensuring the implementation of all University and Government policies that relate to the areas for which the position is responsible.
- Providing support to scholarship configuration within the Student Management System, monitor data integrity, and lead the analysis and testing of system enhancements and upgrades.
ABOUT YOU
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.
- Broad administration experience including the establishment, operation and monitoring of reliable and efficient procedures.
- Demonstrated experience delivering customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to set priorities and to coordinate multiple activities and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
