Do you have great administrative skills and enjoy interacting with others?
CHECK THIS OUT:
An immediate opportunity exists for you to be the face of JELD-WEN at our Regency Park showroom. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week.
You play the critical front line role of managing incoming customer calls and data entry.
Your administrative and data entry duties include, but are not limited to:
- Capability and experience in operating a high volume switch board
- Professional and courteous manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in a data entry role
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong Customer focus
- Team orientated and a good communicator
- Analytical with a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to grasp new tasks quickly and accurately
BYO STRENGTHS: Ideally you will have worked in a previous front line customer serving role or have similar experience, and welcome the opportunity to develop product, industry and sales knowledge.
First and foremost, you are a rock solid administrator, one who is known for dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s. Equally, you are savvy with the MS suite Outlook, Excel and Word applications.
