We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to take on their next challenge within the electricity domain.

Reporting to the Meter Data Team Leader, you will be required to:

• Monitor and analyse exceptions, issues and queries impacting the compliant processing and delivery of Type 5 AMI, Type 5 MRIM and Type 6 Basic Meter Data, often comparing complex data sets from various sources.

• Resolve the Meter Data exceptions and issues in accordance with approved processes and work instructions, and within the timeframes and accuracy required by AMI and MDP SLP

• Perform On-Demand Reads to support the delivery of data and resolution of exceptions and/or enquiries.

• Process B2B enquiry within the mandatory Market services levels (accuracy and timeliness).

• Process customer MDPP requests and other ad-hoc data requests within the service levels.

• Support the Meter Data Team Lead and Senior Analyst in managing and reporting on the delivery of Meter Data.

• Identify technical issues, system defects and/or trends related to the processing and delivery of Meter Data, and seek to identify possible opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.

• Work with relevant metering business teams to identify and implement workarounds to support compliant metering performance.

• Use and analyse operational reporting dashboards to drive work and continuous improvement.

• Liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including other Metering Business teams, IT system support teams and field service teams, to successfully complete services and exceptions.

• Understand metering regulatory framework and business processes.

Support planning and execution of UAT testing for system releases related to Meter Data.
