We are currently looking for a motivated, talented, professional Administrator Assistant to help with Administration across all projects in QLD.

About the Role

As the successful candidate you will need to be highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards.  You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

Assisting the Senior Administrator with:

  • Project support to all live project operations and Overheads
  • Setting up and amending of suppliers for BGH
  • Process Purchase Order requests in JDE for Overheads
  • Receipt Purchase Orders on receipt of invoice for payment for Overheads
  • Manage project housekeeping report issues – Open Req / Open PO / GRNV
  • National staff expense claims
  • Petty Cash, Procurement Card and Imprest account Reconciliation
  • Monthly report running (Workflow, Subcontractor Payments, GRNV, Project CV reports)
  • Arrange new suppliers to be set up in JDE
  • Enter contract value commitment into JDE
  • Enter variation commitment into JDE
  • Process monthly progress claim certificates – JDE / produce RCTI backup / claim paperwork / retention


Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an Administration role in finance, accounting or commercial departments
  • Time management skills with ability to multi task
  • Professional and effective interpersonal skills
  • Eager with the willingness to learn
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
