Our Salary Packaging & Small Business department located in Port Melbourne is currently seeking to appoint a Sales Support Representative for our Novated Sales team on a permanent fulltime basis.

Joining our energetic and highly driven sales team, reporting to the Novated Sales Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with the sales team to assist them in achieving monthly and annual sales target
• Check and accurately submit novated lease finance applications via our auto-credit facility system
• Contact the customer to advise them of their finance approval, any additional approval conditions required and the process forward
• Frequently liaise with the external dealer network for delivery updates, invoices or any required follow ups
• Frequently liaise with our vehicle acquisitions department for delivery updates or any required follow ups
• Provide delivery updates and ongoing support to the customer and sales team

Accurately prepare all the required novated lease finance documents and send to the customer. Assisting the customer when required.                                                                                                
To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:

• Have an ability to prioritise tasks and work in an efficient manner
• Reliability and have a friendly can do attitude
• Be able to easily develop rapport with customers and work colleagues
• Have a high attention to detail
• Always looking for opportunities for process improvement
