Our New South Wales Fleet Sales team located in St Leonard`s are currently seeking to appoint a Sales Support Representative on a Permanent basis.
Reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotes and processing customer orders.
- Respond to and take ownership of customer enquiries to ensure that seamless quality service is always delivered whilst developing rapport and open communication with all customers
- Manage and provide fleet reporting including invoicing
- Supporting a portfolio of corporate customers for financing and fleet management.
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Solid administration skills
- Experience in Fleet management is beneficial but not essential
- Advanced PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Previous experience working in a sales team preferable.
