The Company:
This highly successful recruitment agency continues to achieve fantastic results as a result of the service excellent they provide to all their clients and candidates.   Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a self motivated and experienced candidate to become an integral part of their team.
  
The Position:
Working closely with the owner of the business you will be highly organised and self-motivated as your day will be constantly busy and never the same.  You will be responsible for supporting the owner in both administrative and recruitment tasks.  Some of your actual duties will include;
  

• Screening and short-listing candidates
• Diary and email management
• Assisting with various projects
• Assisting with marketing
• Managing candidate’s availability
• Responding to candidate and client enquiries
• Attending client visits
• Assisting with the interview process
• Receiving and fulfilling job orders
• Maintaining accurate records within the database
• Conducting warm calls to clients
• Other administrative duties as required
