Located in Sunshine , Western Gardens provides permanent care to 90 residents with a range of needs.

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis Monday to Friday.

You will play a significant role in providing administrative support to the Residence Manager and staff. You will also be responsible for supporting Reception and being the ‘face’ of our residence.

 

Does this sound like you?

  • Excellent Computer Skills and knowledge of MS Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel & Publisher)
  • Experience using Riteq or rostering system software
  • Strong organisational skills and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Friendly team player with great people skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
  • Previous experience in Aged Care would be highly regarded, and a current police check is essential
