About the company:We are proud to be recruiting for one of Australia's leading Finance companies specializing in Automotive and Fleet. Located throughout Australia this organisation is seeking someone for an immediate start.
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation that you do not want to miss. We are currently on the hunt for 3 Sales Support Representative's to to provide a high level of sales support to the Sales team in St Leonards and develop mutually beneficial relationships with their customer base.
About the position:
- Prepare and provide Operating Lease, Finance Lease & Term Purchase Quotes and subsequent Orders/Contracts at the request of client, Relationship Manager or Sales Manager according to agreed time frames with customer
- Actively look for opportunities to increase TFM's profitability when quoting
- Data entry lease variations/inertia rentals accurately into Miles upon request of client or Fleet Sales Management
- Ensure contract end of lease decisions are recorded in Miles more than 14 days from expiry of lease/registration date
- Using the Vehicles Nearing Termination Report, contact customers 3 months prior to expiry to determine end of lease action required and report outcome to Relationship Manager at weekly team meeting
- Managing two separate email inboxes, answering queries such as car quotes, issues with wrong specification on cars
- Speaking to customers, dealerships and other departments within Toyota over the phone
About the successful candidate:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong admin background
- Demonstrated multitasking abilities
- Have confidence in answering the phone and enjoy problem solving
- Proven track record of stability in previous employment
- Have the ability to work with initiative with limited supervision
- Advanced PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Some exposure/experience in Fleet management
- Previous experience working in a sales team preferable
