The Personnel Connection is a boutique Recruitment agency who supply both permanent and Temporary staff to our clients across Sydney since opening in 2000.
The Personnel Connection is currently looking for a capable person to join a Customer Service team that Is backed up by a technical team who will handle questions relating to product specifications and use.
This is a part-time position, with flexibility in the hours worked. Perhaps 5 days a week reduced hours or 3 full days.
The company is a leading distributor of audio equipment with products that are used by both professionals as well as consumers.
The team handle inbound customer calls handling, order queries and taking, and entering, customer orders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new systems
- excellent telephone manner
- Clearly spoken English
- a mature attitude dealing with colleagues and clients.
Their office are very close to Chatswood station.
