We have an exceptional opportunity  with a large high profile Australian icon . Utilise your exceptional customer service  experience to liaise with a portfolio of corporate  clients in their fast paced Fleet Management sales and client service department. We require

  • HSC, sound customer service skills in a  customer service environment
  • A polished and clear communicator and the willingness to shine in this  fast paced team.
  • Sound computer skills
  • Attention to detail to take high volume inbound calls of bookings and appointments from corporate client base.
  • Ability to take complex bookings over the telephone
  • Liaison with on the road sales team and stores

 

The role is Monday to Friday based in corporate offices in Sydneys North West.

 

We require at least 1-2 years  experience in a customer service environment, energy and drive with a friendly flexible attitude.
