We have an exceptional opportunity with a large high profile Australian icon . Utilise your exceptional customer service experience to liaise with a portfolio of corporate clients in their fast paced Fleet Management sales and client service department. We require
- HSC, sound customer service skills in a customer service environment
- A polished and clear communicator and the willingness to shine in this fast paced team.
- Sound computer skills
- Attention to detail to take high volume inbound calls of bookings and appointments from corporate client base.
- Ability to take complex bookings over the telephone
- Liaison with on the road sales team and stores
The role is Monday to Friday based in corporate offices in Sydneys North West.
We require at least 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment, energy and drive with a friendly flexible attitude.
