An exciting opportunity exists to make the most of your organisational and administrative skills within our highly successful Harcourts Hobart office on a full-time permanent basis.
We are seeking a fast-paced individual with a meticulous and thorough nature and a demonstrated ability to think strategically. Reporting directly to the Office Administration Manager, you will provide an administration function supporting the sales team.
It is essential you have experience working within a team environment, whilst also having the ability to work autonomously and co-ordinate and prioritise your own workload. Previous experience in a reception/office administration role will be considered favourably, and the successful applicant will be proficient in MS Products and it would be advantageous having experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud. You will have a confident and mature approach with a can-do attitude and a demonstrated ability to problem solve.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant and the position to be commencing 30th July, 2018 or by mutual agreement. There is always a chance to further your Real Estate career within our office, however we prefer a minimum of 2 years commitment in this role.
