We are currently experiencing strong business growth and increased demand for service and support and are therefore seeking a Full Time, experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service / Warranty claims officer to join our teamin Braeside for a Monday to Friday 9-5pm position.

Strong communication skills and a calm and professional demeanour are key to this role, therefore, the successful applicant must have the following skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills and must have worked in a similar role
• Articulate and well spoken
• Confidence and a pleasant manner in dealing with clients 
• Intermediate computer skills
• Advanced social and communication skills to successfully negotiate warranty outcomes with all sectors of our customer base.
• A good Team Worker with the ability to use initiative as required
• Ability to meet deadlines

We are looking for an applicant who will be passionate about our products and keen to grow with our business. We are looking for a self-motivated employee, capable of using initiative and who is self-driven. 

The successful applicant will receive full product training as well as continual support throughout the role.
