Appreciating Office Support is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment within all Office Support roles. We work across Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised Executive Assistant within the Construction and Property industry to join an ever-growing senior admin team. Based in Sydney CBD , you will be supporting at C-Suite level within this fast paced and driven environment.

The Role:
  • Diary and travel management and co-ordination of all international and domestic travel
  • Administrative duties including meeting preparation, updating systems and liaising with clients where necessary
  • Organising events & itineraries
  • Invoicing and expenses management
  • Developing and maintaining accurate reports
  • Be the go-to person for all ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Proven years’ experience in a similar role supporting at director to c-level management.
  • Pro-active attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks at any given time
  • A strong Diary management experience
  • Extensive experience organising domestic and International travel
  • Strong Organisation and planning skills
  • Technical proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written skills
