We are seeking an energetic and highly detail oriented Recruitment Co-ordinator/ Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in our business by administering the on-boarding our contractors. This includes generating contracts, co-ordinating all on-boarding forms and documentation, dealing with queries and liaising with our Finance Team.
You will have experience in an administrator/co-coordinator role, with excellent customer service and communication skills which are important as you will be dealing directly with contractors and clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Populate contracts using templates provided.
- Follow processes and procedures – both internal and client.
- Act as one of the key point of contact for contractors throughout their contracts.
- Liaise with the Finance Team regarding payroll and invoicing queries.
- Assist ad hoc projects and tasks within the Commercial Team including client reporting.
You will ideally have:
- Experience working in an administrative or co-ordination role, ideally in a recruitment or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Highly organised, ability to follow processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word & Excel) skills.
- Awareness of legislative requirements relating to contract assignments and the placement of contractors (e.g. WHS, Payroll, Employment laws and regulations) is an advantage
