This is a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join our team in Newtown on a casual/ part time basis.
Working with a team of professionals, you will be the first point of contact with our patients, as well as taking care of administrative duties.This is a flexible role for the right person including up to 5 shifts per week.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Providing a courteous, friendly and efficient customer service
- Answering phone calls in a professional and personable manner
- Managing appointments
- Processing accounts, payments, balancing daily banking, bookeeping
- General administrative/clerical duties as required
- Maintain Clinic looking tidy at all times
- Preparation of rooms for patients.
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within a general practice environment required
- Ability to follow instruction and show initiative
- Maintain an excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Bookkeeping skills would be advantage.
- Ability to work as an effective team member
- Flexibility with working hours is essential
