Our business, in Yatala, is a second-generation family owned company that has been a leader in our field since the 1970's. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to primarily carry out accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. Other office tasks also form part of this challenging but rewarding position.
We are looking for a mature minded, motivated, and organised person to take control of the daily office functions. The position is 28 hours per week (Monday-Thursday).
You will enjoy working with a small, friendly team. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be a quick learner. You will be fully supported in the role by the Office Accountant, and will work closely with the Managing Director. The successful person must be capable of working independently, as well as in a team environment.
Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded, although isn't essential. Previous office experience is essential, and MYOB experience is preferred.
An immediate start is available, and full training will be provided.
