Estia Health Aldgate have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join their friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis, working five days a week.

About the role 

As first point of contact to stakeholders at the facility, the Administration Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. In addition, they will manage a range of administration duties including answering phone calls, photocopying, filing, and updating records. 


The ideal applicant will have
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines, and to maintain a consistent level of professionalism
  • A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with external service providers/ stakeholders
  • Experience in sales and ability to conduct tours with various current and potential stakeholders
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Advanced computer and word processing skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Rostering experience (ideally using Time Target)
  • Knowledge and skills in admin finance will be highly regarded
  • Experience in Aged Care advantageous.
