EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and continuing

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will deliver high level executive support to the Chief Advancement Officer and other senior staff within the portfolio, ensuring the efficient operation of the Advancement Portfolio through the management and prioritisation of the Chief Advancement Officer's calendar, management and prioritisation of communications, coordination of relevant resources and quality assurance of relevant papers and reports in preparation for presentation by, or to, the Chief Advancement Officer.
This will include:
- Managing the coordination, preparation and quality of all incoming and outgoing communications and correspondence for the Chief Advancement Officer.
- Ensuring the seamless operations of the Advancement Portfolio, working with others to implement procedures and processes as necessary.
- Coordinating and managing the diary and email communication for the Chief Advancement Officer, providing administrative support for the completion of associated tasks.
- Undertaking a range of administrative functions for the Chief Advancement Officer including negotiation and coordination/management of their diary with both internal and external parties.
ABOUT YOU
- A relevant degree and substantial experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training undertaking the full range of high level administrative executive support.
- Substantial experience in providing advice and high quality personal service and executive assistance to senior staff within a complex organisation,
- Acting as the central point of reference for the Portfolio for matters relating to the Chief Advancement Officer and related business.
- Second to none organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads, exercise sound and independent judgement and work with competing demands to meet deadlines.
