The ClientOur client is within the engineering and construction industry. They are highly respected and well known providers of design and construction services across the industrial, retail and commercial sectors. They are looking for an Office Manager who can jump in and hit the ground running!
The Role
In the role, you will be responsible for the overall office and will look after the following:
- Management of all facilities and office spaces
- Ensuring the office supplies are well stocked
- Updating records and maintaining the company database
- General office planning and organisation
- Coordinating various office operations
- Oversight of the reception function
- Supporting office procedures including budgeting and bookkeeping
The Person
The successful candidate will posses the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
