About the role:
Based in the Northern suburbs, this Not for Profit/medical organisation is seeking a receptionist to work casually on their reception desk on a roster system.
Duties & responsibilities:
This role provides top quality customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone. This can be a very busy desk at times. As well as being the first point of contact for the clinic, this role involves a large amount of administration duties.
About you:
- Relative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- You are available for shifts immediately
- Titanium software would be ideal but not essential
- Medical experience would be ideal, but not essential
- You pride yourself on your interpersonal skills and your ability to engage with a range of patients
