This new opportunity is working in an Education and Training department supporting with general administration and customer service to members. You will be joining a large membership based organisation in the CBD that offers opportunities for career advancement within the business as you develop.
This role will see you responsible for document control, formatting, committee support, filing and data entry as well as providing information and advice to members around training matters. You will also assist with reception relief and be accustomed to managing a busy switch board. The successful candidate will present with the following:
- Administration experience gained in professional services, Government, Health or Education environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills preferably gained in a corporate setting
- Attention to detail pertaining to the documentation of minutes
- The ability to prioritise work effectively and meet set deadlines
- Demonstrable customer service skills and strong problem solving skills
- A team focus and proactive approach to managing workload
