WORK 10 MINUTES FROM HOME WITH GREAT HOURS - Roster System - Every 2nd Saturday-9.30-3pm
Your days will include some of the following:
- Meet and Greet clients
- Manage the Reception calendar
- General ad hoc administration duties as requested
- Offer clients tea and coffee
- Emails
- Collect and sort mail
- Maintain the reception area
- Ordering of stationary and kitchen supplies
Skills include:
- Professionalism
- Basic/Intermediate Word and Excel and Outlook
- 5 star communication
- Punctual
- High attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
