We are seeking Administration Experts to join this head office!
Due to exciting company growth, our Client is seeking 2 new consultants to join their family feel team. If you are passionate about customer service and are an administration WHIZ we want to hear from you!
Work close to home in the Rosebery area and avoid the hustle and bustle of the CBD. With business hours across Monday-Friday...that's right no more weekend work! You will be the first point of contact for clients nationally and ensure the smooth completion of any requests.
The Role:
- Supplying Excellent Customer Service - Verbal and Written
- Supporting both Sales and Service Teams
- Following up on Invoices
- Problem Solving
- Dealing with Internal Parties
- Working in a Fast Paced Team
You Will Have:
- Experience Handling High Volume Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Previous Administration Experience
- The Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- A Team Player Attitude
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Multitasking
