The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will play a key role as the first point of contract for clients and staff to ensure the effective and efficient flow within the reception area and support of all administration as required.   

You will be responsible for:
  • Answering inbound calls and handling them according to their requirements
  • Meet and greet customers as they arrive in the office
  • Data entry and management of information of client's into company CRM system
  • Assist with new client calls and ensure opportunity is managed by the correct person within the business
  • Assist with collection of outstanding invoices as directed by accounts
  • Regularly provide sales reports on relevant data as directed
  • Order stationary items for the team and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception environment for all visitors and staff
The Skills & Experience

To succeed in the role, you will have:
  • A ' CAN DO" attitude 
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Previous sales support and reception experience within a similar environment
  • Previous debt collections experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls along with meeting key daily deadlines
